We are accepting online bill payments.

  1. Make sure you have your ARC Receivables Management (ARC RM) reference number with you or you can obtain this number by contacting ARC RM.
  2. Log into your online banking and add “ARC Receivables Management Ltd.” as a new payee in your bill payments.
  3. When prompted for your “Account Number” you will enter the ARC Receivables Management reference number.
  4. If you are not able to find ARC Receivables Management Ltd. with your bank as a payee, contact us by

WALK INTO A ROYAL BANK

Walk into any Royal Bank and process a payment through the online bill payment service 
**You do not need a Royal Bank Account to use this option**

  1. Ask to make a payment to our online billing payee:
    1. ARC Receivables Management Ltd
  2. You will need to provide the teller your ARC RM Account Number. If you do not have your reference number, you can obtain this number by contacting ARC RM.
  3. The Teller will process your payment and provide you a receipt.  This payment will reflect on your account in 2-3 Business days.
  4. Should you or the teller require additional information to process the payment, please contact us while at the bank at 1-888-730-3127 option 0
CANADA POST

You can pay at any Post Office in Canada
Please contact ARC RM to obtain instruction on how to make the payment. ARC RM will forward you a QR code for your specific account.
